yuki

Yuki goes to day care. One of her friends in her class is not very happy about being there. She is crying every time we see her. There seems to be a fundamental mismatch between this little girl and the teacher, and we are trying to figure out what to do about this. While Yuki seems not to be bothered by the crying, it seems very disruptive and having a frustrated teacher is not good either. Yuki seems fine with the teacher, and the teacher keeps telling us what a "dahl" (doll) Yuki is. It's just not a good learning environment at the moment. We talked to the director of the center, and they are trying to work this out between the teacher, the child, and her parents so hopefully the situation gets resolved soon. Otherwise we will have to look for some other options.
