Happy Second Birthday Yuki! It's amazing how much she's grown and what she can do now. She had so much fun with all her new toys, played with Oma, ate Oma's cake and learned how to blow out candles. Go here for more photos.

We visited Baba and Jiji over the weekend. We sang happy birthday to Jiji, went to the beach on the Long Island Sound, saw Baba sing in the choir (Yuki says "Baba, Ahh!")

First Snowman!!

	Believe it or not, this is Yuki's first snowman. During the winter the snow is too dry because the temperature is JUST TOO COLD! It doesn't stick at all and snow-people are just out of the question. Everything had melted once, then it snowed, and warmed up again, and for a window of about 3 hours, we could make a snowman. He was gone by the afternoon!

It appears Yuki is growing up to be a solid Madisonian. It snowed today but "warmed" right up to about 5C. She was ready to go outside and play in her pajamas.

It's getting warm

After a long winter or being cooped up inside, it's finally getting warm outside (at least on some of the days) and she is proud to show her first scrape on her arm she got from sliding down the slide backwards.
